Does the inside of yer Puter look anything like this...?

Before it over-heats and fries to a useless crisp....

Classic symptoms of this kind of thing are:

• Your fans making a buzzing or rattling sound when starting...
• Taking a long time to respond to mouse clicks or typed text...
• Taking forever to load programs or your web browser...
• Freezing solid and having to use the power button to shut down....

A computers Cpu or Processor is like your heart.  
Continuing to run it in this condition is like forcing it into a Heart Attack.  Every time it freezes up, it's having a cardiac event and one time will not restart...

Don't be fooled if the annoying rattling sound quiets after a few minutes, damage is being done to the cooling fans bearings.

Take a little friendly advice, bring your favorite Computer in 1-2 times a year and have the Dust Bunnies and Cooties cleaned out.
